Because our Superworms eat a completely herbivorous diet, Superworm Frass is made entirely from digested plant matter. Ratio: Mix approximately 2 tablespoons of dry frass to every Quart of soil.Soak the frass in water, shake well, and strain to create a nutrient packed frass ‘tea’ for watering your plants. Re-apply every 3-4 weeks. Ratio: Mix 2 tablespoons of dry frass to 1 Quart of water.
