Fertilome Yield Booster Helps Stop & Prevent Blossom End Rot 16 oz concentrate Calcium 10.0% Correct Calcium Deficiencies Mix 2 Tbsp. per 1 gal. of water Helps stop blossom-end rot of tomatoes. Blossom-end rot of tomatoes is caused by the lack of sufficient calcium in the blossom end of the fruit. This disorder is usually most severe following extremes in soil moisture (either too dry or too wet). Blossom-end rot can be recognized by the dark grey black-sunken area on the blossom-end (bottom) of Tomatoes. Blossom-end rot can be small or cover almost half the fruit and will decrease your Tomato yield. Can also be used to help your Tomatoes and other plants correct known calcium deficiencies. How To Use: Mix 2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) with 1 gallon of water to stop blossom-end rot. Apply as a uniform spray to foliage and developing fruit. Make a spray application once every 7 days until 3 or 4 applications have been made. Apply in early morning when temperatures are cool to avoid burning foliage. Do not apply to plants under stress conditions. Regular spraying throughout the season is not recommended as these prolonged spray programs can cause foliage burn.
